For more than 40 years, Centering Meditation (also known as Centering Prayer) has nurtured the faith life of Prayer Groups around the world by showing people how to respond to the presence and action of God within.
We recommend the form of Centering Meditation, as promoted by Fr Thomas Keating, an internationally renowned Trappist monk who has encouraged Centering Prayer Meditation Groups around the world.
Numerous opportunities exist to learn to meditate with others.
