About JSC: A Unique Spirituality Centre
The Janssen Centre recognises and pays its respect to the traditional owners of the land of the Wurundjeri people, members of the Kulin Alliance.
The Janssen Spirituality Centre (JSC), named in honour of St Arnold Janssen, was opened in January 2008 as Melbourne's newest venue dedicated to the promotion of inter-religious and cross-cultural relations. The Centre is dedicated to mutual understanding and enrichment, respect and collaboration, between followers of various cultures and faith traditions.
One of the distinguishing characteristics of the Centre is the warm and hospitable welcome extended to all who come to JSC. The motto of the Centre, reflected in its logo, is: A Compassionate Heart - Embracing All.
